Spring Break Fitness cooking Art

April 22–25, 2019, 4-H and 4-H EFNEP will facilitate a 4-day program including fun, interactive classes for youth to explore healthy living. Each day will kick-off with a healthy breakfast at 8 a.m., lunch will be served, and the day will conclude at 2 p.m.

The event is offered to youth, ages 5-16.

There is limited space, so register today! There is a $5 nonrefundable fee that includes meals, snacks, and all materials.

*Parents/Guardians must provide transportation*

Youth should dress comfortably in closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers as physical fitness will consume a large portion of the classes.

To register, complete the link Spring Break Fitness Registration. Payments are due to the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Scotland County Center, 231 East Cronly Street, Suite 800, Laurinburg, NC 28352 by April 12, 2019. Registration is not complete until funds have been paid and the form is completed.
