2025 Pesticide Licensing Examination

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide important information for anyone needing to take the pesticide licensing exam. Below are the details and resources to assist with registration and preparation:

1. Exam Registration The pesticide license exam will be held at the Laurinburg Extension Office on March 11, 2025. Please note that registration for this exam must be completed through the North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA). Unfortunately, I am unable to register anyone directly through my office.

1. Study Materials To help prepare for the exam, you will need the NC Applicator Core Manual. Manuals can be ordered through the following link: https://pesticidesafety.ces.ncsu.edu/

Click on the "Order Manuals" link on the left-hand side of the page, select "NC Applicator Core Manual," and follow the instructions to enter your address and payment information. 

1. Study/Review Session I will be hosting a study and review session for anyone interested on March 10, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Laurinburg Extension Office. This session is designed to help participants prepare for the exam.
