Line Dancing for Exercise
Line Dance for Exercise classes are offered twice a week for adults 55+ through a
partnership with Scotland County Parks and Recreation. Line dancing provides an aerobic workout that can improve heart health, balance, coordination and brain health; while
promoting a fun, social environment which benefits mental wellbeing.
