Welcome Future Leaders!

We’re excited to welcome you to the Scotland County 4-H Summer Internship Program! This is more than just an internship—it’s an opportunity to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in the lives of young people in our community.

As a 4-H intern, you’ll gain valuable experience while developing job readiness, communication, and leadership skills. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your talents and ideas are not only valued but celebrated. Whether you're helping plan activities, mentoring younger youth, or working behind the scenes, your role matters—and so do you.

Get ready to build friendships, sharpen your skills, and inspire the next generation. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to see the difference you’ll make!

You can register in-person or online at 4-H Summer Intern.Registration deadline: May 17, 2025.

Camp runs Monday through Thursday, June 9 – July 31, 2025, at the I. Ellis Johnson Community Center (815 McGirts Bridge Road, Laurinburg, NC).

Interns are asked to commit to 20 hours per week, with daily hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Welcome to the team, and welcome to the movement. Let’s grow together!
