Scotland County 4-H is happy to announce the 2020 Citizenship NC Focus will continue and will be coming to you…virtually. Citizenship NC Focus is a three day event in which youth, ages 13-18 learn ways to use their voice to create change for themselves, their families and their communities.

This year’s conference will continue with that outcome while focusing on advocacy, framing their story and understanding governmental operations impacts on your life.

This is an amazing opportunity that is free to Scotland County 4-Hers. To join Scotland County 4-H is free. You may create a profile at Join Scotland County 4-H.

There are limited spaces, so the deadline to register is Friday, May 22, 2020. Registration Collection Form_virtual.

Following the conference, you and other county attendees will work with Angela D. Galloway, Extension Agent of 4-H Youth Development to use the skills you developed at the conference to create and implement and action plan in your community.

For more information, contact your 4-H agent at adgallow@ncsu.edu.
