In the interest of keeping everyone safe, warm, and dry we have decided to postpone tonight’s meeting until Tuesday, January 21st. There are some high winds predicted with rain that might make meeting at this great outdoor venue really uncomfortable tonight.
We are so sad to postpone and truly apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you!! We are very excited though to meet with everyone in person and feel that it will be the best method for making the most of our time together. We have 24 growers signed up to participate and we know this will be a great opportunity to learn from each other and find ways to help build everyone’s businesses!
Tonight, Derek Washburn was graciously planning to give all of us a brief introduction to the NC Farm School. The deadline for applicants falls on January 5th (before our postponed meeting date), so please take a moment to check out this link if you think you might be interested in participating.
Also, I have attached the agenda for tonight’s postponed meeting to this email for you to review prior to our next date to get together on January 21st.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or would like a refund for your ticket. The meeting on January 21st will again also have a Zoom option with a link emailed that day.
Thanks for your patience! We look forward to meeting each of you and wish you very happy holidays!
